Here are a few questions customers often need answered quickly.
What happens when pickup is delayed by a holiday?Pickups on or after a weekday holiday usually move one day later. Weekend holidays do not change the schedule.
Can I report a missed pickup online?Yes. Use the service issue form and include your address, normal pickup day, and any helpful photos.
Do commercial accounts follow the same schedule?Most routes follow the posted schedule, but some commercial accounts may have custom service arrangements.
